You can keep that blood pudding stuff. The rest is awesome. Even the beans are a nice touch.

I had a breakfast last week with both white pudding and black pudding!
I'm a sucker for a big lump of pig's blood.

When I'm in the US, my go to place is Denny's (no black pudding though, unfortunately). I'm likely to get slaughtered for admitting this, aren't I?

Yeah you are. Denny's is the McDonalds of breakfast in the states. First trip to America I taught my wife to look for cafes or diners with trucks parked outside. Semi trucks would be the best. Here is where you get the down home style cooking. But I have been know to hit a Dennys or two..

    Yep. Let it begin.

Denny's is the worst shit around. Dig a little deeper and you can find a nice mom and pop greasy spoon that will be ages better.

...I ate at Denny's in San Diego once: deep-fried menu and 1/4 heads of iceberg lettuce for "salad"...butt-crack morning at stools along a "breakfast bar"...dozens of pre-tRump types slurping up southern-fried cholesterol while waiting for the Messiah...

Now there's a memory, 2 other places that did really good SOS were RUMPA and the Phoenix Hotel. Couple of fried eggs with slightly runny yokes served on top too please, total yum!
