Today's dinner, Zucchini Fritters and ribs
Wife made the ribs, I asked her if they were vegetarian, she said sure , it was good enough for me.
    Dinner-zucc-jpg
    Ingredients
3 and half cups grated zucchini
    1tsp salt
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 tb dried yeast
    1 egg
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 cloves of garlic crushed
    2 spring onions chopped
1/4 cup (55g) vegan butter (melted)
    Feta Cheese (optional)
Olive oil for frying , I use extra virgin olive oil for everything, because I am in the process of trying to get a Greek passport and when you try to get a Greek passport the First question they ask is "do you use olive oil for everything?" if you say No. they reject your application and they send you to the Australian embassy. Apparently they would take anyone.
The space between each paragraph , is where I was supposed to insert pictures from each step, but after I downloaded the first picture, the TD picture Hitler decided "No more Pictures for you!!" and would not allow me to download any more pictures. I will wait until he goes to sleep and try again later.

Grate the Zucchini in a bowl , mix with salt, (the salt with drew the excess water out) let stand for 10 min, and squeeze by hand remaining water.

Mix, Flour, yeast, baking powder , Garlic, Onions , and crumbled up Feta ( if Feta is salty do not add additional salt)

Dump a spoonful in oiled frying pan, and as it begins to fry flatten it up. (about four to frying pan) you will probably make about 12 fritters

fry about three minutes on both sides.
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.

Upon return from Nonthaburi Municipal we ordered delivery from our Moo Baan restaurant – fifteen minutes and THB 180 for a good, cheap, easy and quite good, no muss, no fuss dinner. Dessert of Longan and Rambutan.

    Pad Thai Goong - delivered

I keep forgetting to post pics of the Paleo Robbie meals. Truth is most of them don't really look that presentable anyways but here is the chicken one.

I've had enough of them now that I think that overall I can say they're pretty good but I'd probably steer clear of the ones with sauces in the future because they tend to come out quite watery (as you can see in the pic). Just something to do with the freezing / defrosting process I imagine, it's not terrible but just not great.

Anyways over all I will be ordering them again since they're pretty convenient for those times we can't be arsed cooking anything:

    *Added the tomatoes obviously.

I think it was about B400.

Very large meals but, I struggle to get through them, and the rest can be chalked-up to a convenience tax.

First meal out in four months.

Fish Friday at Wetherspoons, very nice.

Had some fun with the app sending mushy peas to random people's tables...

^Looks good, how much just out of interest?

I ate out last night too, a favourite dish for so many years being stir fry chicken and cashew nuts.

^ That looks like a real good one. One of my favorites as well but lately I seem to get the trio of bell peppers as the main part of the dish with a bit of chicken thrown in..

    .
Three of us (me, missus and the boy) shared two of the meals last week for one dinner. We very much struggled to finish the amount of food. Agree the one with the sauce was worse than the one without. The beef was fantastic in both though. Will try again at some point.

Spurred on by Norton and Luigi-mund posting pics of their home cooked ribs this week, it was time for 3hr oven baked sports-watching fodder today.

^ That cheese is very yellow!

Ihaven't made this for a while... back by popular request my signature poached pla nin, freshly caught from the pond with a poached egg, freshly laid by a chicken... all topped with a fish roix.

And not a pizza in sight!

    Delicious!

^ Not so many vegetables, that's for sure... but plenty of fruit (or so she tells me).

Chicken and rice, fish and rice, omelette and rice... with a smattering of Western dishes.
