I hadn't cooked it for years until snubby put up a picture the other week that he'd cooked. Since then I've been doing a pot a week.

Wife met up with the Moo Baan truck vendor this AM. Brings a load of fresh veggies from the Suphan Buri farms every morning. Good racket he’s got. Stays for 2-3 hours until sold out. Rinse and repeat each day. Today he had a good load of medium sized prawns – hold for tomorrow. This evenings dinner: fish, chicken and vegetables over jasmine rice. Very pleasant, nicely spiced and quite filling.

Does look great Hal, one thing i like about going to the butchers is you can get meat to order, for stews its shin and approx 2 inch cube - lovely stuff and sorry for this but i always ask him to give me blood from the trays and that goes in too mixed with flour.
