^My wife used to cook in bags, mainly beef roasts from what I recall. She hasn't done it in quite awhile...don't know why. But I remember the roasts were always amazingly tender.

This evening we did an open air food market array for dinner.

Starting with Gaeng Som Goong, a local variation of Tod Mun Pla, not fish cakes but a fillet of fish with the appropriate vegetables and spices added. A bit too many bones made it past the filleting. But, quite pleasing taste wise. Along with crisped fish and shredded pork. The shredded pork was perfectly prepared. Sweet and spicy.

The shreaded pork and crisped fish mixed well with the Gaeng Som Goong. A very nice selection served.

Those ovals do come in handy.

Trusting that's an entree platter that will feed at least three.
