^^ Looks more like a snack to me. Nothing wrong with cheese and crackers though. What happened with dinner?

Air fryer dinner. Poppers, snags on a roll with mustard and pico de gallo and some tots.

Who??? Only a fool could ridicule the ultimate progression of mankind.

Cheese and biscuits is always a winner, Mendip, but where is your AirFryer???

I had a look on Lazada but I'm still not convinced an AirFryer can do anything I can't already do with my trusty frying pan and a convection oven?

I do however definitely need a beard trimmer with my diminishing lock down hygiene, so if I get motivated this afternoon I may get back on Lazada and sort both out together.

Was it Bogon that said cheese was overrated? In the unpopular opinion thread...

In reality I didn't have any decent cheese in the fridge to use...bout time for another foray out of the compound.

Yes, it was. I still stand by it, including my opinion of steak is overrated too.

The nail in the coffin for cheese was when I went to Nandos on my visit back to the UK and had some grilled Hullami cheese. What the hell is that about!

This evening the wife had a hankering for Khao Dom, something beyond me. I greatly enjoy steamed jasmine rice, boiled – not so much, the consistency just turns me off – just mush.

Anyway, the head chef enjoyed her Khao Dom, I had a chunk of Norwegian salmon along with chicken and vegetable soup. Quite enjoyable. Dessert will be mangos.

Tonight, with the aid of the AirFryer, I went for some chunky potato wedges and chicken with mixed herbs...

Steak night, but by order of the PM all meat must be well done.

    A slight compromise was reached:

at least there was some token redness, but there is some truth in needing to cook Mongolian beef well due to local parasites, although I have never been made ill myself...

That chicken looks so pale, I though it was fish when I first looked. Stick it out in the sun for a bit and give it a tan...

Someone give bananabreath a heads up so he don’t soil his keyboard. Puke tends to stick to the keys.

Tonight’s selection is/was Khoa Pad Pu along with chicken and vegetable soup. Quite appetizing and filing. Dessert of rambutan and apple.

South Bangkok, on the Gulf, long row of restaurants and shops along the bay. Can't get much more detailed than that. We used to visit 2, 3 times a month.

Good and very cheap seafood for the Thai's, I stay in the car.
