Yes, way too much un-cheesed bread. Otherwise Very Good (OVG).

Mr Slaps did a nice job there. The soup and side bready things look to be nicely tasty.

^^ Can you cook chorizo and pickled jalapenos? And that's an orange pepper not a banana

^ Yup chili with a little kick. That's cured the hangover

Chorizo can be bought as a whole sausage of either soft cooking chorizo – which must be cooked before eating – or a firmer, drier cured sausage that can be sliced and eaten without cooking
You on the floppy sausage up their Sid?

You wanna get your chops around a nice salty Southern firm sausage, bruv.

If you are buying in the US, Mexico or South America you better as it is uncooked.

^^^That's obviously your cheat meal, Boll - being on the strict diet yu're currently on...

Here's ours, home made fish, chips and turbo peas (bruseel sprouts)

Prepare the chips, par boil, season, place in small amount of hot oil and bake for an hour at a lowish temp

    Dinner-image3-jpg

Prepare fish. I bought some cod fillets and made the batter using flour, baking powder, salt and soda water, then shallow (ish) fried them for four minutes a pop...

You can see my sprouts are currently steaming too (oooh. errrr)

    Dinner-image2-jpg

Chips out of the oven; beautifully crisp, nicely coloured...

    Dinner-image1-1-jpg

    Et voila...

Good choice with the sprouts, much better than peas.

That's fighting talk in certain parts of Issan

    Nice Slaps!
    Very Nice!!

I would have made mushy sprouts to make the meal look more traditional.

Also went for the steak option, during the week I barely left the housing compound I live on as it has everything I need, but it was damn nice to get out and eat and drink with friends.

Of that there is no doubt but I do love me some Mexican chorizo especially in a chili.
