Here's ours, home made fish, chips and turbo peas (bruseel sprouts)
Prepare the chips, par boil, season, place in small amount of hot oil and bake for an hour at a lowish temp
Prepare fish. I bought some cod fillets and made the batter using flour, baking powder, salt and soda water, then shallow (ish) fried them for four minutes a pop...
You can see my sprouts are currently steaming too (oooh. errrr)
Chips out of the oven; beautifully crisp, nicely coloured...
Et voila...
Good choice with the sprouts, much better than peas.

Brussels are loaded with phytonutrients which is very good shit.
Restaurants in Bang Na are really starting to step up their game.
Also went for the steak option, during the week I barely left the housing compound I live on as it has everything I need, but it was damn nice to get out and eat and drink with friends.
