Is that Asiana in the middle?

Obviously, iArlines on the right, Singapore on the left.

That camera... It's given you a whole new respect around this place; bloody fantastic (I wish I could find a guitar that'd do the same for me...).

(I'd dress in school uniform and call you Daddy if you cooked like that for me! )

I was looking at this thread (when I made the comment above) and was feeling a bit peckish. The wife walks in and asks if I'd like to share a ham omelette with her...

Cooked just about to perfection, very salty ham, tasted great...

The cutlery competition didn't really get going as I'd hoped... disappointing results as well...

1 out of 3 for both Headworx and Betty. My greens are safe!

^If I'd half-inched airline cutlery every time on a plane over the years, I'd be an expert too

^ 'collect' is the correct terminology!

Anyway... left to right: Singapore, Austrian, Qatar.

I did in fact spend half an hour on the net to identify the Austrian one last night. I need to catalogue my collection better!

... and please don't judge me... I live in Korat.

It was for me actually. Was thinking of the health benefits whilst nearly gagging and only ate half.

I did enjoy some black pudding the other week though. The only offal I've ever half enjoyed

I love a bit of liver (and kidney for that matter... in my steak and kidney pies), but you have to be careful. If you eat a predator's liver, such as a lion, you can get Vitamin A poisoning. They reckon a pound of polar bear's liver can kill you.

But no offal here tonight, the daughter requested quiche. An old favourite and you just can't go wrong with a cheesy bacon quiche!

^ I'd like a bit of that. Rarely see anything like that in Korea with a Thai wife...

Whats your recipe and method for that?

    Asking for a friend.

Especially interested in your pie crust.

^ I'm sure I did a quiche thread last year... a bit tired now but basically tell your friend it's the same as any other quiche but with extra cheese and some bacon. Don't forget to use 'multi-purpose' flour. I'm not sure your friend can use your spare bread-making flour for pastry!

Anyway... I seem to be going through some kind of mid-life crisis at the moment... trying to sort out my Aussie tax affairs and going to the gym every night. After I finished my exercising tonight, my traditional Leo, and a couple of extra Ya Dongs (the daughter's fancy school is closed for 'deep corona virus cleaning' tomorrow, so no 05:50 alarm) my new regime continued with baked mackerel and something the wife calls 'sahlahd'... not too bad to be honest but hard work with the bones.

The daughter had left-over quiche with baked beans which I was very jealous of.

Normal service was resumed with pudding... a duo of ice cream with home made chocolate cup cakes!

I see your position has been identified.

Did your daughter give a big smile?

^ Yep! Makes it all worth while!

Steak an' kidney pies last night - another big smile and two clean plates!

Heavy on the veg, light on the mash for me... I'm also trying to wean us off the peas.

Top tip, Mendip: put more gravy on everything.

There's a good little helping above, but I reckon those peas and potatoes sat with your quiche a few posts up would have definitely benefited from a spoonful or 7.
