IMHO ... that is so unappetising, because it's way under-cooked.

The potato thing on the left looks good though.

Sure you enjoyed it though !

Looks like it could have been enjoyed with some Fava Beans and a nice Chianti.

A bunch of well done meat eaters clearly. Fooking pussies.

Perfectly cooked prime rib done medium rare. I smeared horseradish on it unfortunately because I forgot to take a pic when it was dropped at my table. Was heaven on a plate.

They say you gotta try the chili crab in Singapore.

Bollox to that, I'm on my second shirt of the day already.

    A nice, safe calzone.

    ^ nice.

Inspired me to try some chili

The habanero removed a few taste buds. Sticking with the jalapeno which is pretty good.

^ I once had a girlfriend who'd made a real effort before we went out one night... hairdresser, make-up, the lot. I complimented her with, "your hair looks nice!"

And she gave me a right bollocking... "f'kin NICE", etc etc.

You gotta use some more powerful adjectives.

You'd better make sure of that before adding hysterically laughing smiley.

    Now you've reverted to sarcasm.

Incidentally, this may strike a chord with you.

I've spent a lot of time and effort teaching my young daughter sarcasm... I want her to be fully prepared if ever she goes to live in the UK.

On the school run in Korat... "oh, good lane keeping", "well indicated", "nice parking, you t****r", etc etc.

I patiently explained that if you're telling someone a story in the UK, and they say "that's interesting", it means that it's boring. If they say "that's fascinating", it means it's the most mind numbingly boring thing they've ever heard... and so on.

The other night the wife told me daughter that she'd met up with an old, long lost cousin she'd found on Facebook. Me daughter said "that's really interesting mum!"

I've never been so proud in me life!

    Sign her up.

Sounds like she'd already make mincemeat of Yanky AO, Jay the Gay and Bsnub.

Sampled an authentic American burger and shake yesterday.

Quite expensive for the the UK at £5 for a strawberry shake and £8 for the burger.

I can understand America's obesity problem as it was a struggle to finish and the shake was unbelievably sweet.

Any of our members from across the pond tried Five Guys?..

All freshly made to order similar to Subway.

Not quite. Every sandwich has processed meat and cheese in it if it comes from Subway. Five Guys has nothing in their beef but beef and fat. The vegetable dressings that come with each are both nice. At subway you can choose more and varied vegetables... Growing up with deli's Subway is always a second choice but there.
