A bit late now for a run through of what she said it takes to make it. The standout part I recall as I did ask her about the procedure as we were on our way back from the city and it was about the cut and if you had good teeth. Apparently it has to do with how you cut the grain and drying and ultimately frying the beef and or venison. Pork she said was not recommended. More on the nuts and bolts later.
