I'm in the process of R & D testing my wife's newest range of Indian curries and last night was Chicken Jalfrezi.
She has changed from using chicken breast fillet to chicken thigh meat which is tenderer.
She has also established a source of imported Indian herbs and spices which does make a big taste difference.
The result = Absolutely superb. Medium spicy and the dessert being blueberry cheesecake was perfect.
Tonight = Tenderloin Beef Masala Curry + Strawberry Cheesecake
Monday = Chicken Madras
Tuesday = Chicken Vindaloo
Wednesday = Chicken Rogan Josh
Thursday = Chicken Dopiaza
Friday = Butter Chicken
Saturday = Tenderloin Beef Curry Samosas & Roti with pub curry dip.
So far so good!
