I'll rate that a 'Fuck That Looks Good!'.

^^ Yes, that looks fantastic. I'd swap that for last night's meal.

Last night I had pad krapow gai, Norwegian style.

The girl serving me was from Isaan (surprise surprise)... after using my best Thai on her I went 'off menu' and she threw in the egg for free!

It was surprisingly good, and at 14 quid, an absolute bargain for Norway.

Had my weekly serving of lamb's liver (pound for pound the most nutrient dense foodstuff on the planet) last night.

Fried some onion, celery, pepper and garlic in a wok and added a tin of pulses. Pre-seasoned the liver with salt, pepper and rosemary, dabbed it in flour, fried it separately to the veg then put the whole lot in a bowl and put paid to it in front of an episode of Eat Well For Less with Greg Wallace.

I have since concluded Wallace does not know shit. "This is how you eat well for less, Wallace," I shouted, stabbing a fork in the direction of my bowl. "

Never been a fan of the taste, similar to sprouts.
However on reflection the nutritional benefits outway the small sacrafice of taste.
Need to source a palatable recipe for Lambs liver....

Don't listen to that baloney from Slapper mate. There's far more nutrients in Salmon and it hasn't been full of piss all its life, unlike that liver, your good self and Slaps in Thailand

Sausage and liver casserole, can't go wrong. Works with pig's and cow's liver as well.

Remember to take the skins off the sausages.

Pretty sure you are getting mixed up between liver and kidneys there dill. Or you are plummed very weirdly.

Also, I have a friend who damaged his liver and he explained to me(when drunk) that the jaundice or yellow colour you go after getting cirrhosis is your liver being fokked and not being able to filter your urine and that yellow colour you go is all the uncleaned piss swimming around your blood in your body.

    You saying he lied?

    Hmmm...
Guess that would be highly dependent on the respective liver and knob.
    Variety and situations.
