Picked up a few weeks office work in Norway, and it's so nice to get out of Thailand for a bit to somewhere i can get some decent takeaways.

Tonight, beef calzone and red wine. Can't get this in Korat!

What did that set you back?

The pizza was 135 NOK = 12 quid.

It was great.... again, I think it's my photography skills letting me down.

But you're right, no-one goes to Norway for the food.

Just ate my all time Favourite pasta dish.

Used to work for a Sicilian who taught me this,it so simple to make and so Moorish.

Pasta of your choice,crushed garlic,anchovies,chopped parsley, and white crab meat.and olive oil Parmesan

simply saute the fresh garlic with olive oil slowly, then turn up heat, add the anchovies, cook for a minute then add the crab warm through then add pasta of choice.

Heat the Pasta through and turn the pasta so ingredients combine, then add chopped parsley and season with milled pepper.last moment add Shaved or grated Parmesan and serve.

Make a big load of it as you will want more.
