Could be cucumber although it looks to big plus its looks like Nige has added Gravy.

It is indeed marrow I love the bloody stuff .

I used to grow my own but we have a big problem here in Frinton , I think its bees , or infact a lack of them to pollinate anything now .

I was gonna buy one , but a rather nice chap I delivered to on Saturday asked if I would like one from his garden .

The missus has carved a lump off it , and is gonna make me a nice bowl of fukboa tonight with the oldd chicken drumsticks floating about in it .

Thats a bit of Tesco economy chicken breast fillet chopped up with some pre cooked spuds + mushrooms from my garden , the chopped cabbage I am still using from that huge bag I got for 20p reduced price .

It was a delicious meal flavoured with a drop of onion salt , you can still eat cheaply in the UK IF you are prepared to have a shop around

The wifes working nights for the next couple of days , so she went up town today with her mate and came back with some nice fresh lean duck legs .

Delicious meal it was to , and so nice to come home to have a meal cooked for me .

An added bonus for whatever reason I don't know she had also bought me a beautiful new soft leather wallet , to keep all her money in

It was pretty good mate

I don't like to float the grub if you know what I mean,the kids and the old women pour it all over the mash.

Its a bit warm for this meal but I was out voted 3/1,summer time I like Liver with salad,don;t sound right but its good!

Nice to see your lad eating some proper food though , I have mates who's kids have been brought up on that Mc D,s shit and won't eat vegetables

Honestly Nige I'm no fan of that thick gravy OXO works for me with a touch of meat juice added.

One exception is pie and chips then you got have that thick gravy

Don't mention Mc D,s my kids play up all the time for that,they don't really want the grub though its them poxy cheap toys that's got them hooked.
