Well tbh your both correct ,, it is a Tesco basics chicken and mushroom pie 2 for £1

But infact a smartphone case would have more nourishment in it .

What's a chicken breast or thigh qtr cost?
25 min in the oven and it's done nice.

And look at your spuds, mine were just spuds and herb, bit of cheese and 20 minutes work.
Food is art Nige and you are an artist.

They called that rectangular pastry of Nige,s a 'slice', last time I was home, never a pie, not even a pasty. Got me thinking of Tikka slices, oh and curry patties

    Chicken slice mate

I did get some rather nice frozen ones from Iceland , they are a bit more money but well up on quality . They stock Greggs frozen pies and slices now , much cheaper than buying in Greggs shop .

Infact we even now have a Greggs in Frinton its nice to pop in as we walk around for a coffee + cake

In preparation for our upcoming trip to Italy I am trying to eat some of this rubbery tomato flavoured cak

I can't stand the bloody stuff , any of it , hopefully I will loose some weight although eating 12 cornets a day is gonna take its toll .

Anyway I aint going there for the food , just to paint the lovely scenery

In the meantime here is tonight,s dish , no idea what it is as it was reduced price in the Co-op at 50p with the lid missing ,, Presentation Inspired by " Cafe Dilllioni ""

They are Mcain crinkle cut oven chips and I hardly think a small handful of them with my veg is gonna hurt me , my chicken kiev was oven baked to and left no fat in the pan when cooked , so I don't think it was all bad .

I got another thread running about that Charlie , my annual poxy cold.

In bed 9 pm with a spoonful of " special " anki oil up each nostril that allows me to breathe until about 5 hours later , then I wake exploding coughing because the nostrils have blocked and dried my throat out,, so its a up with a cuppa tea , couple more squirts of anki then lie in till 5am

    Minced beef wellington this evening.

Could've done with a touch more seasoning prior to going in the oven but it certainly sufficed.

Gravey I reckon you could be borderline with a description of salad , on the old trade descriptions act .

I,m gonna go and put me specs on come back and see if I can see the " salad "
