BTW that aint a late birthday card on the table its a letter from the tax man telling me that allthough he agrees I have paid in the region of £350.000 in income tax during my working life so far he now wants an extra £656 from last year , so he is stealing from my next 12 months pay packets ,, good job I,m only gonna be here another 6 months , and then I will be claiming all this year tax paid back ,,so up yours you blood sucking leech ,, this kiddies not playing the game anymore

made a meat loaf for dinner last evening. that along with some cole slaw and home made dressing and a seasoned baked potato rounded out the meal. delicious.

sorry no photos. I do have some left overs so if I remember will take some photos when served.

My missus made so nam moo and put it in the fridge before she went to work yesterday ,,,,,stunk the bloody house out !

I dont have any pics of that either

Now I can bend my arm again I made a chili and garlic bread for dinner

Tonights feast cooked up by my dear little wife .

I'll buy you a new plate for Christmas.

It sure was mate ,, she pulled out all the stops , it sure was a spicy one !

My mate in the pic and his wife at the end of the table absolutley loved it , he is like me eats Thai food most the time now and he,s a big lad sure got stuck in.

We had a Tom yum goong , massaman gai , beef with chilli in oyster sauce , sour sausage , marinaded chicken wings roasted , + some jasmine rice .

Jans just reheated the little bit of beef chilli + rice that was left over and downed it for her breakfast before going to work .

Good action shot Nige. The chap on the left is loving eeet!

Bet you never had your shorts and flip flops on for that dinner date, eh Nige ?

He sure is mate he,s a great lad , Ive only known him and his wife for about 2 months , he has come to work with me at my place .

He treated us to a slap up Thai meal out a couple of weeks ago , so we returned the compliment , as it turns out his wifes an Issan gal as well , comes from about 2 hours away by road from my missus.

Theyre coming over in November when we will be there for 6 months so it will be good if a few of us can meet up sometime

I showed him lastnight mate ,, he loved it fell off the settee but then he knows no one takes me very seriously at work .

Well I did get to the quarter finals of the 1990 truck driver of the year , then got diqualified as I came out with a naughty word after one of judges made an innapropriate remark

Ok tonight its time for the west to kick back with some good old Liver + onions


First I,m gonna sweeten the onions up a bit like so





Until they look like so ,, kitchen is smelling good now and our correspondent from the far east has poked her head in the door " ooooooo smell nie honey " !





Now I have lobbed in the pigs liver + pre cooked onions + some delicious gravy I have made , this will all cook slowly along with the veg for another 20 mins






Well the rest is history,,, two empty plates in about 10 mins ! get in !!

yumm......looks darn good Nigel..... not ready for liver again yet but maybe next week.
