I probably would have refused to pay for it as well.

Last nights chilli.

On my first ever diet. Ballooned up to 80KG in the last 1-2 years due to sloth. Should be about 73kg.

Salad and baked chicken breast here for the next... few days at least. Would like to make it to songkran though. Gym everyday and cut out loads of carbs and sugar and fat from my daily diet.


See you on here again in 3 months with a F-Off plate of ribs, nachos with sour cream and chocolate lava cake.

No cheesecake ?

One or two exceptions may be snuck in.

I ordered this cheesescake the other day. The Missus said "urgh, Cheese and cake" so i explained to her, its not really made from cheese.

I just googled cheesecakes Nige, and they are indeed made with cheese. Well I didnt know that. I dont think I will eat one again.

Pasta and potatoes have been cut from my diet for this 3 month blast.
