I didn't take a pic of my dinner last night. It's never a thought for me. I could say that it includes roasted chicken and a few Southeast Asian dishes. Do you guys know what "pancit" is?
8oz Medium Sirlion served with a honey and Tennessee sauce.
Not too bad at all...

Wetherspoons meal deal. I can see the plates, mate. I've been there a number of times this summer! :)
It was brilliant, mate.
As for our return, it's looking like it's gonna be pretty soon cos of the Embassy, but my mum is getting very emotional...
...I can't argue though, mate. We get looked after as much as I'd like to stay with her. We've had a good run, but, of course, I'm gonna worry about her...
I hear that, it's a long day for older people stuck at home over the winter.
Just dropped my mum of a home made Speg boll and put her on my Netflix account so she can watch the box sets.
Also get my kids to face time her regularly to break her day up.
Safe travels mate.
^ &^^ Without knowing the background, I do hope the separation will be as painless as possible. All the best to your mum. Mums are very special.
Had a bit of a chat on another thread about Jackfruit curry . . . love the stuff so decided to make it for dinner tonight.
The jackfruit curry is bought at our local Indian grocery shop.yes. It's in a can.

Stuck home with the pandemic and bored out of my head. They say "idle hands is the devils workshop" If i keep this up I might have to start charging the devil rent 'cause he has been very busy lately. LOL
Made pizza dough and remembering my last attempt with pizzaAttachment 58904 so I decided to go a different direction.
Pizza dough stuffed with chopped up olives, feta cheese, onions and sundried tomatoes.

Got a fair amount of feedback in Repo about the Sea Bream fillets posted above, in case it's of interest to anyone the fillets were bought frozen from Siamburi's and the price is simply ridiculous. They've also got Wolf fish at about the same price but I've tried it and didn't care for the flavour, unlike the Bream which is totally delicious.

Cooked a heap of it yesterday, the Mrs really likes it too and it's great to have some leftovers in the fridge. 30 seconds in the Micro, add a little salt & lemon juice, and it's the perfect snack :)

^ It does look great doesn't it!
There's plenty of fish on sale here in Gothenburg, but I have no way of cooking it... :02:
North Atlantic fish is one of the few things I really miss, like a whole cod or just a bunch of cod back fillets..
They have Cod loins and fillets at Siamburi's, I really like it (and haddock) battered but don't do deep-frying at home. As for delivery outside of Pattaya they were talking about it about a month back but seem to have gone cold on that now which is good, it's a busy little shop as it is and I'd hate to see you out-of-towners taking stock away from us locals :)
