Watch out for this Colonel Sanders he is a funny guy.
One rackette went to the neighbors, they've really helped us out.
And the ribs weren't burnt!!!!!!!!!!
I guess we'll have to do another batch just to show ya.
Steak pies, chips, onion rings, fried eggs and gravy, with a load of 'red' sauce.
Not quite sure what to do with this, i'm getting hints though.
I am going to ignore her come hither attitude and pull her leg later, Jesus is long past caring.
So the pork ribs were marinaded for 48 hours.
In the oven they go.
I took them out of the oven and layered them with some good bbq sauce for the final 5 mins of cooking.
The meat fell of the bone and to my plate with some coleslaw and shrimp pasta salad.
I just should have done 2 - 3 racks instead of just the one....
Oh fuck and yes and please!!
Damn that looks good.
That in a naan or tortilla would have been heavenly.
I had the 'NZ Beef Chili Con Carne' from Paleo Robbies last night but forgot to take a photo and then had the leftovers for lunch today and again forgot to take a photo and it appears to have randomly disappeared from the website now so can't lift a pic from there either.
All of which is only important because damn it was good!
It's all good I think I ordered like 5-6 of them so plenty more photo ops.
Aberdeen Angus 28 day matured Sirloin, well done accompanied by a Portugese Piri Piri chicken breast and juicy Pork loin.
Home made parboiled crinkle cut chips extra salted.
Bistro gravy and a sea of Aldis finest baked beans...
Very nice
