The ribs do look nice, but one has to wonder just how much of the special sauce is ladyboy jism...

    Sous-vide'd the tomato.

Which made a nice change from deep-frying it.

Lu you eat at old peoples time 445 in the afternoon. What do you eat again later in the evening?

Getting ready for another 6 K in about 30 minutes. Eating as early as you do I could not get an early evening run in.

Muesli with berries and banana later, which replaces the beers and fried meat 5 days... 4 days... some days per week.

Good God, man . . . the cutlery should be at a four o'clock angle and the knife blade should be facing inward . . . what kind of an example are you to your kids!!!

(My thanks to my parents who were incredibly 'don't eat like the anglos, have proper table manners' . . . which we pass on to our children)

The position of the cutlery is OK (UK upbringing) but agree the knife should be facing inwards. Pretty damn disgusting state to leave the knife in though.....

I guess the reason it should be at 4 o'clock is that way it can't be knocked when one gets up

I see your only culinary contribution to this thread, which was when you were left to your own devices for a weekend, was a defrosted and microwaved bowl of peas and corn

With the spoon clearly on show at 2.50am
