I hope you used the remote control to turn off the TV. There are few things I hate more than the blasted TV being on during mealtime.

Tonight's dinner - although I did without the pepper.

Too big... was a very boring boiled egg sliced onto cheap white bread.

    It wasn't very nice...

(not impressed with the 2 meals on this page - bring back the shepherds pie and the like...)

    It was/is thanks.

Do enough of the fried potatoes with onion and bacon for a few days and stick in the fridge. Same with the spice rubbed chicken breasts, just rub them again in coconut oil before broiling.

    It was this tasty:

^Very tasty looking. You didn't wipe the plate with a slice of bread then, what a waste.

Let me know when you open your restaurant in Thailand.

It’s Saturday evening and it’s raining out so I’ve got time to prepare tomorrows lunch. “Blackened Chicken Breast Sandwiches” sound good to me right now so that is what I started preparing tonight for tomorrow.

    I’ve got the “Blackened Seasoning”.

I then took the skin of two boneless chicken breasts that I purchased at Tesco/Lotus, butterflyed them,

and seasoned them with the “blackened seasoning”.

then I put them in the refrigerator until cooking time tomorrow. I’ll finish up with the cooking and photo taking tomorrow.

Is the camera sleeping or do you just need batteries for it ?
