By my estimation snubs is up bright and early today to catch some fish that is not from some processed system. No knock on you snubber but unless you pulled it out of your pond yourself do you really know what you're getting?

Wild caught on the lable? The fish I see in these parts are all wild caught. Yea, they are the best. Really.

Yesterday was a holiday and just right after payday, so since I was off, I decided to beg the wife to go to Villa Thonglor. After making me do unspeakable things to please her every whim, she agreed.

I told her I'd cook and clean, but wanted something that I've not had in a while and that we'd look around and see if I got some inspiration....

Fcuk me running, there's things you can get cheap and there's things that are incredibly expensive...you gotta look.

I decided on chicken enchiladas …. I'd get the chicken done on the grill and then chop, wrap and pack and put in the oven.

Buttermilk marinated chicken...boneless chicken thighs...the perfect part of a chook.

The chicken grilled, cooked through with sauce and extras set aside to be wrapped....we added some of the "Mexican" 4 cheese cheeses...

I give it a 7.2435 / 10. The chicken in the sauce was very good, but the final "enchilada" sauce was as bland as a FRT post.

And I did it the salt rubbed lemongrass gut stuffed tilapia. It has yet to give me disentary although I know the bluegills in the pond back home are super clean compared to these fish.

I figure if it doesn't kill me right off it'll make my system stronger. Hell, then.I'll die.
