Tastier than Dr. Oetker's cardboard with mushrooms bud.

Baked beans are tasty with minced garlic sauteed in butter, then fried bacon, champignons, and Italian herbs.

I am not accustomed to smoky BBQ flavours and to be honest find them quite unappealing but last evening I decided to try some ribs at a local Thai rib shack just off Soi Boukheaw here in Sin City.

You can see the results and I was so happy I rewarded my self with a mint choc cornetto!

Ribs were 169 Thb for 300 Grams.

The wife had tempura prawns to start and lamb for main. With a bottle of wine not much change out of £100.

Lucky bastard. I can't even look at a can of beens these days without it bringing on a savage gout attack. Doc told me to give up beer and beens. Met him halfway and gave the beans a miss.the fucker even suggested a spot of exercise might get me back on the beens on toast . Never really liked doctors. Depressing coonts they are

Is there a way I can just drag and drop my pics into a post or something these days?

Uploading to the gallery etc is such a freaking effort.

Anyway..... beer (Chang would not my first choice, or even the second or third but there we are) and cockles and prawns and a very spicy seafood sauce - courtesy of my wife.

Given it's price, how do you rate tilapia (pla nin) as an eating fish?

We are Fish Farmers just outside Bangkok and we grow Tilapia.

I enjoy it, for the price it sells for.

Chunky white flesh, fine or no bones, neutral taste so it adapts sauces easily.
