Tastier than Dr. Oetker's cardboard with mushrooms bud.


Baked beans are tasty with minced garlic sauteed in butter, then fried bacon, champignons, and Italian herbs.

I am not accustomed to smoky BBQ flavours and to be honest find them quite unappealing but last evening I decided to try some ribs at a local Thai rib shack just off Soi Boukheaw here in Sin City.

You can see the results and I was so happy I rewarded my self with a mint choc cornetto!

Ribs were 169 Thb for 300 Grams.

Took the wife to the Residence in Nantwich, confit duck leg for starter.

Given it's price, how do you rate tilapia (pla nin) as an eating fish?

We are Fish Farmers just outside Bangkok and we grow Tilapia.

I enjoy it, for the price it sells for.

Chunky white flesh, fine or no bones, neutral taste so it adapts sauces easily.

Excellent for fish and chips with lemon juice.
