^Could not agree more, and do pork chops that way often. Don't know why chicken seasoning works on pork, don't care either, but it really does work well. Add chicken bisto and mashed spud and some peas or beans, it don't get much better!.

If you're using dried herbs, add them with the garlic and onions at the very start, and saute them all very slowly for at least 10 minutes before adding the meat. This will release their oils.
