One of my favourite pasta dishes.

Za thanks, but it shows what has happened to Thai food. Yum mama, so loaded with MSG its not to be believed, Mama noodles made into a salad as its easier.

I love ratna, but it should have the noodles browned from the wok a bit not as white as then they came out of the package. Adding a bit of Sie Eue sauce helps as well. The gravy has bits of cornflour floating in it as it was done in a hurry.

A nice yum is really a delightful Thai salad indeed. Ratna was one of my first fast food favorites, but without chillies, lemon, nam som, nam plick, and more it would be tasteless. Only old Pakana as well....

More expensive and less delicious is not the way to go food courts!!!! Or Kau Gang stands..
