Steamed or boiled shrimp, some look like they may have had a squid in the family, then a Thai omelet, looks like a tasty meal. Two sauces as well? One for the seafood and probably good old Thai Sri Racha for the omelet.

Ah, deceptive pic mate. Chalk that one up to my crap skillz.
It's actually baked/stuffed potato.
Well its nice to be deceived. So the potato is sort of a "twice baked" style. I do that as well. Now its even better. After so long here spuds over rice any day.
Turn that shit down to 180
Something I can do with my eyes closed
Iceland are doing 2 packs of sirloin steak for £5. I like to leave mine at room temperature for about 4hrs first
Crinkle cut oven chips are just 3% fat when cooked
Onions, spinach, peas. My own gravy, meat/onion juices, beef stock, cornflour to thicken just right. I added a large dollop of worcester sauce to it as well
Was gonna do cauliflour cheese but too much hassle
BTW Gregs Kitchen Pattaya does it very very tasty

Sure sounds like it's gone down the pan
Thanks for letting me know, my mate who hasn't visited since 2002 wants us to go there for nostalgic reasons
I'll blindfold him and escort him elsewhere
I'm having masaman chicken with Rhoti Chanie tonight along with a belly full of beer.
Somehow on these evenings stuff I can pick up with my fingers is most preferred.
Stodge is what my Anglican friends refer it too!

This was left over from an hour ago, used two large chicken breasts, added green beans.... so I can also eat for breakfast tomorrow with a thai style omlette & leftover rice..
Laced with three extra green chillis for a real muthafuckin' kick

Pickled eggs are used in those pies aren't they? For better taste and texture.
Beef chilli, extra hot
Hawaiian style fried rice
sweet potato falafels
I used, boiled eggs.Originally Posted by DJ Pat
