She has made a complete delicious home made sauce and made some mixture to put into the meatballs then finished it off in the oven by melting some grated cheese over it ,, AND serving it piping hot ! Bless you Jan this was a cracker !

N&J, what that pasta then baked? it sort of looks like the meatballs are browned and the cheese melted. Looks tasty.... and why not saying thank you for pasta? that makes up one of the finest meals one can eat.......

Well ST mate I never liked that kinda squidgy stuff in me gob ,, goes back to the days of being force fed tapioca at school dinners until I brought it back up I think .

However Jan is cooking and presenting in a way I can't resist

Anyway Turkey + Syria think they have probs ,, here on TD we are building up to rib wars ,, so here is our battle plan set out tonight ..

First marinade the ribs brown sugar / soy sauce / sauce/ tomato ketchup for 3 hours

Into the over 1.15 mins @ about 150 deg. coming out like so

Onto the plates like so , served with stir fried veg in hoi-sin sauce + steamed rice

These are actually from a few months back.

Potato salad

the full spread.

Fall off the bone tender. 2.5 hours at 140 covered with just a bit of braising mixture. Then 5 minutes under the broiler to seal in the sauce.
