^ Yeah, I know. Whoever has onion gravy with an Italian style spicy sausage meal?
^ The taste of Ya Dong is pretty hard to ignore as well, and I think it won on that occasion. But I have whole jar of pesto to experiment with so don't worry.
I really like risotto and often choose it if I'm eating out, but I've never made it. It looks way too complicated and I understand that you need a special kind of rice? I think that some things are best left to the professionals.
It’s dead easy to make. Just google it.
Luigio's Thai Pesto Supremo!

^ Nice, but I much prefer the yellow egg noodles.
Last night we had a light dinner of pan fried barramundi smeared with pesto, and salad.
I can't believe that I've just discovered pesto.
Whether 80s or not, we've got through half a jar in less than a week.
I'll have to try a pesto and pasta dish next week.
Can I call that Italian, Shutree?
My rice cooker has arrived and I got a 5kg pack of Thai Jasmine rice for £10 from the Asian supermarket.
I also got a nice pack of pork ribs so I’m gonna knock up a nice big Massamman to kickstart the weekend.
