.. Appreciate the recognition Joe. It carries extra notoriety coming from the guy who covers all his meals in sauce so you have no idea what the heck you are even eating. Ever just eat sauce or gravy and pass on the meal?

There’s always a study. Personally I prefer the ones that show eating bacon sandwiches, drinking beer, and bbqing ribeyes everyday to be the healthiest option are best!

Ya outta move to the states Joe, you would fit right in. There are loads of trailer parks across the US in poverty areas with very affordable rent.

I had braised tofu and rice. Tasted good, but not exactly photogenic so you’ll have to take my word for it.

Joe is rarely worried by actual truth.

You were a minute or two late taking that round thing away from the heat, Joe.

All from the freezer, a jar or a tin, and you still fvcked it up.

Last night I Christened my new South African Airways spoon by using it to stir some Bisto gravy powder with flour...

    To make sausage onion gravy!

Very nice it was too. Korat Chef sausages, by the way.

I have a daughter who drinks gravy direct from the boat and when we have chips, dunks them in the gravy boat.

So long as she doesn't do it in public, a father couldn't be prouder!
