Do you English folk ever eat food without it covered in sauce or gravy? Every dish above is covered in something which leads me to believe it tastes awful without it. A sauce on one dish, Ok...but every dish...

Stumpy, please don't judge the food people eat in England based on the slops Joe serves up.

We're not all sloshed for 80% of our free time.

Inspired by Chitty's recent trip to Amsterdam, it will be Dutch pea and ham soup this weekend.

    Consider the sauce!

Ciz eats dry brown bread toast for breakfast!!!

Has anybody even tried to eat toast without butter or jam??

All I can say is he is definitely a strange one, he'd probably find Ghandis flip flop juicy.

How many hours did you boil that broccolini?

But fair play for eating greens. My advice next time steam it for 5 mins only so it still has crunch. Or pan fry it with some garlic and a little olive oil.

Home made curry just like my mum used to make.

Washed down with 5 slices of white bread and 3 cans of Leo. You just don't get this type of quality cuisine in New Jersey.

I have and do if its sourdough toast. I do not however, eat much bread anymore. They say its bad for you and now with this Gluten Free crazy shit everything has to be Gluten free or you will die of some new disease they just made up. Tax will be along soon with another study.
