Pasta looks great, Joe! Expensive to eat out here as well.

Fish as well, Mendip. I am trying to say the mushy peas look good, but never have I ever tried mushy peas before.

Any food from another country in the US or Canada is really expensive. At least double to triple the price you'd pay in that country. Are you back in the US? All the best!

^ All members of the brassica family are well known to cause flatulence. In the case of brussel sprouts, they also contain sulphur, causing the flatulence to come with a rather unpleasant odour.

There's enough sprouts on that plate for 3 or 4 people...

I like sprouts but, yes, there's a lot of them on that plate. Too many at one sitting for me.

I eat two cups of veggies for lunch and again for dinner. It may be a bit more than I usually eat, but at least I am getting my veggies in, and also I don't fart when I eat brussell sprouts. If I do it is one or two puffs.

Ordered up a few 2.5" thick, 25 day dry aged Ribeyes for dinner. I only cooked 1 and split with my Dad.

Did a quick pan sear with fresh Garlic and Rosemary then off to the grill

Cooking at low temp on the grill

Wife having some prawns off the grill

No pics plated but sides were fresh Italian spiced Asparagus and a fresh cooked and sliced sour dough baguette.

Red owed. That's crap white trailer trash poverty food. Amazing you guys call that the perfect meal.....well come to think of it..Maybe not. got to consider the source

And trust me, nothing about that Ribeye was dry. It was cooked to perfection. Medium rare and juice all over the plates.

The majority of British peeps own their own castles proportionately more than the rest of Europe and those millions living on skid row in trailer parks and tents in the good ole US of A.

Yeah, the weather is crap but we make up for it with a sense of humour, you Yanks are catching up as ...slowly as all of our former colonies

Well within your country you do but its subjective for sure. Most Brits I have met aren't that funny but they do believe they are. . Some on here do make me laugh quite a bit though, you included ya happy go lucky crap food eating, cheap beer drinking, drunktard.....

The kid did her slow cooker spaghetti.

You kids would like it BLD.

    oil and oregano
    minced garlic and onions
    500g pork mince
    brown
pasta sauce, tin of tomatoes, 1 cup or pork stock.

4 hours later come back to it and put in 250g of spaghetti

30 minutes later come back and throw in cheese.

Anyway, that's her sorted with about 10 bags of it in the fridge.

I've got 500g of organic 10% mince, and I'm lazy.

Want to use it with something in the slow cooker.

Have enough taco filling, chili, ragu and pasta sauces in the deep freeze to feed Mexico and Italy. Not feeling like casseroles or cottage pie type things.

    Any ideas?
