I'm sure they were tasty but sauce on the shell isn't a good idea because you need your hands for opening shellfish.

Yup.

Bone in rib eye steaks, seasoned, blasted and sliced to be served with kimchi, lettuce and seaweed.

Did ribs and 3 sides for the wife and I last night. Lots of carbs after eating lightly the last month trying to take off the pounds I put on in the states.

Cajun potato salad, pinto beans with Dixie sausage and some garlic bread.

Pinto beans on the stove, no sugar at all. Fry off your holy trinity of celery, bell peppers and onions. Make a roux, add pork stock and beans, cook, the last 45 minutes add the sausage.
