^^^ etc... Your airfyer thing would fit right in place in the gardener's kitchen...
If you cleaned it up a bit.
It's good to have a strong stomach, I guess.
Edit: ^ Did you boil your thumb by mistake? It looks like something in the wife's chicken foot soup
^ Oh dear. Someones seems a tad hot and bothered or has that sushi come back to haunt you?

Two poached eggs, and 14 day air dried sirloin steak. So tender just rip apart with fingers.

Apologies... how do you air dry steak for 14 days without it going off. I know google is my friend but I am interested in how you did it
Poached eggs and something between Labia and Mud Flaps from a Scania Vabis.
I'd eat it
Nice leg of lamb Dill!
KT, that pic reminds me of Hsl after a three day session in Spoons and Utd scraping a draw against Liverpool.![]()
It's only Tuesday but it's already been a week of mixed fortunes on the food front.
On Sunday we had the best fajitas/burritos/nachos that I've ever made. I'm still not sure exactly what they are.
I even remembered to pick up a bell pepper to fry up with the chicken. It really was pretty good...
And you won't find a greener home-made guacamole that that.
Voila...
But yesterday I cooked up a lovely big quiche.
I'm tempted to say that I under-cooked it, but the cause is a mystery. The top looked done but clearly it was a bit moist beneath. The quiche was a bit thicker than usual, and maybe the over-worked convection oven isn't giving out so much heat any more?
Anyway, the daughter still enjoyed it. At least it wasn't too dry... there's nothing worse than a dry quiche.

Mod deleted last post.
my advice is the oven was too hot. Meaning the top cooked before the insides could heat properly.
^ I realised my error and did the editing, and I'm not a mod, I hasten to add.
I think you may be onto something here. It was on pretty low heat but obviously had not cooked inside. All the temperature labels have rubbed off my convection oven and baking can be a bit hit and miss, to be honest.
All said and done, it tasted pretty good and the daughter had another slice for breakfast.
She wanted to take a slice for lunch as well, but it was difficult to cut a decent slice and I decided it was just too weird to take quiche to school in a water bottle.

Gosh, you need to tone down your insults, Boo. Mendy was the one who posted his road kill quiche twice. You gonna call him the fuckwit then?
The tepid swimming pool causing you anger?
Can I just clarify...
I posted my food in the Daily Moan thread instead of the Dinner thread by accident. On realising this, I copied it, pasted into the Dinner thread and then deleted it from the Daily Moan thread. I left one pic of my quiche in the Moan thread so that KW's post made sense, and also because that quiche was a pretty good moan as I spent ages cooking it.
And the pool is very cool right now. 3/4 of me is currently in it.
