    Salmon's gotta be raw.

    Sliced.

Served with ponzu or soy sauce and wasabi.

    There's simply no other way.

    Cilantro/celery, grated carrots and parsnips.

If the salmon is smoked that’s an added bonus.

    ^ Saumon en Croûte
Saumon en croute is like the seafood version of Beef Wellington. Salmon filets with a creamy spinach filling and wrapped in crispy pastry dough.

Not true at all. I will however say other than pan seared, Tuna should be served raw as you noted Eddie.

Indeed most salmon and tuna is overcooked, just needs a sear and that's it. Tuna still raw, salmon almost raw in the middle. Never bother with suaces generally as the fish should speak for itself, some s&p, butter and a squeeze of lemon

I would agree, but not the shitty farm raised stuff you eat that, that is loaded with bacteria which is a good way to get sick. A nice wild salmon however raw is pure heaven.

Nope although I do enjoy fresh peas from the garden but never canned or frozen.

^^Looks like perfectly done meat Mike

The Dogging Diva of Harare dropped in this arvo

    Dinner-20230908_182720-jpg

Bringing sandwiches from a planned beach picnic which had to be postponed. The Magpies were not slow to pick up on the food surplus.

    Dinner-20230908_182039-jpg

She brought lamb chops for dinner. I have not had lamb in a few years I reckon. Not very photogenic cold but were tasty reheated in the air fryer.

    ^ Fukk me Looper.

As much as I'd enjoy a more active sex life... those are no lamb chops.

At some point in life you have to accept a nice home-cooked meal and PornHub.

    Hmmmm

I am sure she said they were lamb. They did taste like something that reminded me of lamb although it is a long time since I had lamb.

She is currently snoring like a koala but I will clarify when she returns to the land of the living

^ Yeah well, a silent river snores deep, mate.

Looper, let her snore out, but once she starts snorting and glabbering, sidle on up and do the business.

    That' my advice
