^Pickled gherkin, tomatoe, and home-made potatoe salad. Keeping it simple, the steak was the star attraction and it did not disappoint.

^You're right I'm sure. At work when submitting reports to Head offices I'd always get some bastard off Fiverr to check for things like that, but they're not getting anything out of me for checking posts here

It is certainly a good thing when you get 3 free meals for the kids

^We don't mind the thin and crispy Super Deluxe from Pizza Co but the only time we'll get a delivery is when it's BOGO. Can get 2 x 14 inch pizzas from another local place that's really good for cheaper than 1 x large (12 or 14 inch?) Pizza Co product, fuck knows who's paying 500+ Baht by the time it's delivered for one of their pizzas when there's no offer on but it's not us!

Anyway, ribs for dinner tonight. Storekeeper, in the chance that you see this post it's the ribs from Tigglebitties which you recently mentioned in another thread and in case you haven't tried them yet they are good!

^They're always good, had them many times before. All the food from that place is good though, things like fish tacos, sliders, country fried steak, subs, and so on. Good Thai food too. It's located nowhere near the tourist trail and is very popular with the American Expat community, but it's their 100% reliable and efficient (and free) delivery service that keeps a lot of locals of all nationalities happy too.

HW, I just took a look at their facebook page and the turkey sandwich is something I'd probably sell the wife for....well, maybe not the wife, but definitely one of my nephews.

I am working on some combos for the new restaurant and have found the addition of a mixture of grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese on the top of dishes like Beef chilli con carne, Cottage pies and lasagna are real winners.

I can have these meals ready for serving in around 10 minutes and although they are ready made they taste like freshly made.

These meals we plan to sell for 180 Baht with garlic bread.

For some reason I cannot post pictures although I could post pictures before. Must be something with my computer and Chitty has been kind enough to post some pics for me.

Do love a Cottage pie myself, probably make one every fortnight .
    It doesn't last long.

180 baht is not bad value for a taste if home..

    ^ Cheers mate.

I'll try to post pics again when I get a new computer.

It is home made and the missus uses Aussie tenderloin mince and she has a method about freezing mash potato without it going watery.

The serving is over 600 grams so it is a big meal and at 180 Baht with garlic bread I believe is great value.

From freezer, into microwave for 6 minutes, add cheese and 2 minutes in the hot air fryer and ready to serve in 10 minutes.

Where is she buying that from? I can buy Aussie mince in a few places but it's not tenderloin which is over 1000 Baht a kg in Macro now and where most restaurants here buy their Aussie beef. Would be very interested to know where and how much because I've only got 1 x 1kg pack of mince in the freezer right now and that'll be used making Spag Bol later this week!

I remember you saying before. We like the deep pans and they last a couple of days.

By the way, you were absolutely spot on about the air fryer being the best for reheating pizza.

Although straight from the fridge is still better.

An English guy by the name of Alistair sells it in 1 kg packs.

I'm not sure where he gets it from now but it is made from the tailings after the main meat has been trimmed.

I will try to get his number and will PM it to you.

You must be British. That is not "burned" that is a char, and it is supposed to be like that.

    Bloody chavs.

Exactly. The flavour starts from the char.

Would appreciate that. I'm currently using Prime Food brand Aussie mince and while it's very good, I'm always interested in what others might be offering as well.
