I found out the hard way to adjust the water when mixing whole grains in , because they don't absorb the water as much.
and I got a very wet mix that I had to keep adding flour, in the end I made a mess.
next time I use whole grains I will add the water slowly.
Pst a picture when you make your wholemeal bread.
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.

I want to buy one, I miss the one we had in BKK. Nothing beats the smell of baking bread, except maybe bacon frying.

    Freshly brewed coffee too.

Top tips for selling a house, apparently (bacon not included in case the potential buyer is called Ahmed or Yitzhak).

You should hide your burnt fucking spaghetti hoops and KFC takeaways in the shed when you're next looking at selling up, your brummie chav.

Now that things are starting to settle down on the homefront I've been honing my cooking skills. I get a lot of inspiration and advice from chitty but have decided to go it alone for this one . Its roasted potatoes roasted in duck fat and a brisket in the slow cooker . How hard can it be? The recipe demands at least 8 hours of slow cooking I've set me alarm for 11.00 to turn of the slow cooker. This is tomorrow nights dinner. Gotta love the slow cooker.

I'd guess you and snubs are about the same age, Mike, so that's an amazing achievement by you. Congrats on the pre-birth skillz!

fukn love a bit of wildlife, protected species even better. In Nepal i had some Rhino stew, its not on my must eat before the firing squad list. It was killed by poachers and the ever resourceful Nepalis had liberated some before the park rangers arrived.
