Gupta is not on the hook for the side dishes.

I whipped up the carrots and taters myself.

They are al dente and next time I will add some butter and herb sprinklings for culinary photogenicity.

In anticipation of my impending slow cooker purchase and new thread, I tried out a new recipe.

Cooked for 0ne hour on the gas hob which probably cost £10 thanks to the Ukraine/Russia war.

Still nevertheless this was my finest accomplishment yet and bodes well for future meal times at Chez Chitty.

I present to the Teakdoor members....

    Autumnal stew!

    Ingredients

    Chicken
    Lentils
    Gammon
    Bacon
    Potatoes
    Carrots
    Onion
    Pepper
    Salt

    Dinner-20221027_184703-jpg

    A solid 10/10

One can only imagine how good this would taste if left to slow cook overnight.

I'm quite excited by what's in store for the future at Hells Kitchen!
    Shalom

There are advantages when eating meals like Dil posted. Its one less action when running to the shitter to blow it out.

Slop for some, Shepherd's pie for the less privileged.

I won't bother with pics after plated up to avoid the endless 'verp' posts, whatever that is.

I've heard of a Sloppy Giuseppe when it comes to Pizza.

Never anything similar with regards to a shepherds pie.

Oh hang on its Friday night there now and he'll have baked that and gifted it his mate Taffy.
I wonder what's sloppier right now, that watery pie or Mendy's clanker
