    That is without question.

I would prefer a couple of scrambled eggs on the side mixed in with that gravy.

But the beauty is about an American breakfast is that you can have it your way. Totally flexible.

And by the sounds of it, even when it is available thighs may not be which Is the best part of the chook! Salt. Butter. Maybe cheese, too. Not meant to be the main dish so have some sausage or eggs to go with the grits.

I picked one site to be fair. Upshot, Beans on toast 0.8g fats 19.4g protein. Biscuits and gravy 16g fat, 7g protein.

From other sites BoT 12 g fiber, SaG 0.9g fiber. Sodium BoT 1000mg (although low salt varieties available) SaG 2113mg.

I do understand people have preferences, but some people on this board are just f*cking stupid (not aimed at you).

Its a southern high calorie food for sure. But I doubt if its even eaten monthly by the average American. Its just a choice as we have so many offering for breakfast.

I would be willing to bet an after piss up kebab would be pretty damn fatty as well. Moderation is something I practice.
