I made Korean again last week with some gochujang and pork belly (jeyuk bokkeum). Marinated it overnight and then stir fried.

Topped off with the classic Thai touch of an egg on top, which fell off for the photo.

Looks fantastic, and it is one of my fav Korean dishes for sure. I always keep gochujang in the house. Maybe time to get some pork belly and make a nice kimchi jjigae again.

Thanks snubs. It's dead easy to cook as well, which is the big winner. It's just slicing the pork belly very fine that's a bit of hassle.

That is the beauty of a lot of Korean food. It is actually very easy to make. Kimchi jjigae is dead easy and that is why i make it.

Last night I chose safer ground than an Italian meal.

I'd put my Sausage Casserole up against anyone's... and I'd lose... hey, Headworx?

I usually do a sausage and liver casserole but I know there's plenty of sensitive types on here, so no offal.

Bread and butter to mop up the gravy.

My only tip... always skin the sausages if you try this at home.

Once again, proving why the English have the worst food in the world.

It is almost like your fat ant in elastic pants and a long shirt cooked everything.

FFS, Mendy is supposed to be college educated.

He literally posts the same garbage over and over again. It is basically just slop. Yet they jizz all over each other and claim they invented every food known to man.

And FFS.., that took 3 hours to put together. There's more to life than Wagu steaks and barbecues.

    Open your minds, guys.

If it means anything Mendy I would eat it just because you left out the liver.
I can't believe the attitude of the Americans on here about food, have they not had a good look around at some of the women they have back home?

Ooooh. I do love a sausage casserole.

Maybe some work to do on your camera skills though to win over our American friends.

^ A good meal speaks for itself!

^^^ And BC... I love both green and Penang curries, they both look excellent. I often debate with myself which one I like the best.

The obsession with putting up pics on this place of everything one eats seems kind of male menopausal with some.

I've always enjoyed cooking and I like sharing my enjoyment with similarly minded people.
