Easy, lazy, falloffthebone Covid Cheddar Ribs.

Country fried steak, haven't had one for ages and it didn't disappoint. 210 Baht with free delivery, fuck knows why I even cook at home especially in this heat...

Last night it was beef stew in a rich red-wine sauce, red cabbage, bread and egg dumplings with peas.



The egg dumplings were garnished with a sprinkle of chopped bacon and a sprig of parsley did the honours for the red cabbage.



And the money shot.

I’m not sure that’s what normally would be classed as a money shot...

To be fair there's normally a fit black guy involved.

Red cabbage goes great with braised beef. Here's a recipe I used to use accompanying either braised beef or venison.

Fook me! Mendy is cranking them out! I guess I need to try lamb shanks. They are in the grocer, but I seem to overlook them. No greens left for you mate.

But you have plenty of green peas!

They're superb, cook them low and slow.

Haven't tried one yet, but don't need to either to know they'll be excellent eating.

Pork steak, marinated overnight in a mix of soya and oyster sauces, coriander root, garlic and black pepper. Slowly pan fried with an assortment of vegetables, carrots, onion, potato, and kale.
