Thanks guys. My grill does a mean steak because it gets so hot. I ate all the filet mignon but could not finish all the strip side. The filet was to die for literally melted in the mouth.

Well Snubs asked for a dinner pic, this was from a few Fridays ago after the company I work for merged with a much larger company and well...I am just waiting on my fat merger check and retention bonus plan. So we decided to celebrate

    3 kg live main lobster

Boiled 15 minutes then a quick on the grill finish up next to the Filet Mignon

Wife wanted king crab so we got 2.

    Dinner as served.

Stuffed Cabbage with a lite egg and lemon bechamel sauce PM me for recipe if you want to attempt, sounds more difficult to make than it is.
Can also be made with a red sauce if desired.
Cabbage stuffed with ground meat , rice chopped onions , garlic, dill and parsley . The secret to the sauce is to separate the eggs and yolks in separate bowls. First beet the egg whites with a mixer for 203 minutes until frothy and double in volume, then beat yolks and introduce to egg whited. " hello Egg whites" LOL
then introduce the juice of 2-3 lemons depending on your like of lemon or how much you are making , in a little bit of water dissolve some flour or corn starch (I like corn starch)
Do not pour in broth, or you will cook the eggs and you will get egg drop soup, slowly with a lendl pour some broth in the egg and lemon mix to slowly bring to temperature while mixing with a whisk, until it is luke warm, then slowly pour in to remaining broth under medium heat still mixing because it will start thickening at the bottom first .

The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.

Texas Fried Chicken. If you like The Colonel's products, this is all very similar but the Chicken isn't as oily.

And there I was, imagining 3 hours of steady beating. Of course, some here might be sending you pms asking for a quote for that.

    I know you are teasing,
But I went back to my post to edit the mistake and it was too late, the edit option was not available anymore, so I thought replying might help. I don't want some poor sap adding beets to the eggs 203 minutes. That would be a hell of a lot beets,
Adding beets for 2 or 3 minutes should be sufficient

Buckaroo, i think its from Texas Chicken, if you want crispier at home its going to need extra cornflour in the batter or panko crumbs.

I bought it from www.texaschicken.com who seem to be expanding around the world. Can understand why they're getting more popular, their sides are pretty much identical to KFC and their fried Chicken is similar in taste but it's not oily at all. I only eat fried Chicken like this maybe once every 6 or 8 weeks but they get my business every time now.

I think only is the wrong adjective to be using there.

For sure , we need to watch what we eat, but the cholesterol reduction craze through diet is a bit overblown for many people IMO.
I read that we only 20% of cholesterol comes from what you eat, 80% is produced by your body.
My cholesterol was a bit high, so I went on a low cholesterol diet, and when I do something, I do it!! After a few months ZERO change in cholesterol levels. It turns out my problem is genetic. My mom must had been eating lots of pepperoni Pizza when she was carrying me.
(My doctor said that toshing me in the air as a baby, and failing to catch me had no effect on my cholesterol)
Anyway, point being .... fuck! what was I talking about?
