^ Yep, just looking at that image makes my mouth water.

I tip my bucket to the person who created that masterpiece of cooking.

Eggs + rare steak + coffee for breakfast.

Rare steak + salad for lunch.

Rare steak + rare steak for dinner.

I think I've found my new diet.

    "Cut open after cooking."

    Christ.

    Cooked in a plastic bag.

    I'll take mine:

Served by a smiling 25 year old that I presume only gave her Line account to me.

9.39 Baht per Kilo for New Zealand Tenderloin that is excellent quality and perfectly safe, as all NZ export quality meat tends to be. What are you paying for quality Tenderloin in paradise?

Overcooked? 20 seconds more on either side and its life would matter.

I was talking about Dilly's steak. You think that is not overcooked? Looks medium well to me.

^I'm talking about Dilly's steak too, it's way overdone for my liking and approaching that level of done-ness where even good steak goes tough

145-150 f internal temperature and then let it stand for a few minutes. Some people don't realize (a mistake that I have also made) that if you stop cooking it when it is medium well (160F) it will continue cooking from residual heat and by the time you eat it, it will be dry and well done.
    on a different subject
The wife has ruined Thai restaurants for me, her cooking is so much better, every time I go to one, I am disappointed.
Yesterday Pad Thai with crushed peanuts , tofu and a sprinkle of lime.
    Dinner-pad-thai-jpg
and today Massaman curry with coconut milk chicken and potatoes. It dont look pretty but I am not planning on looking at it. LOL
