^ Your so very wrong OO mate ,,, in 40 years of road haulage I have been to one of those ONCE and that was way up in Jockshire where the old Alcan factory used to be , I had to wait 9 hours to load up , so it was either that or eat seaweed .
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

    No remote control today Nige?
The missus has a plate set at table and the OJ has been replaced by Coke.
Things are slipping in the N&J household by the looks of things.

Look out for Nigel's "How do I divorce my Thai wife in the U.K?" thread in the near future!

    Just pulling your leg mate.
Wish my missus could whip up a spread each evening instead of asking what I want from the market.
    Black diamonds? I shit 'em.

We are lucky here , we get a live game at 5pm for dinner time ,, then after that one a short break before the next live game begins at 7.45 pm ,,, not really into football , but we do like the Euros

    555 ^ he's got a ball and chain round his neck mate + 3 littlun's .

I have to say you do very well yourself mate ,, your food looks really appetising although to be quite honest pasta / cheese / tomatoy things don't do it for me ,, but each to they're own etc .

Just about to cook a Masaman Gai myself now from scratch , gonna make me own paste as well ,, making a nice big pot of it with some sweet + sour + salty veg.

Will put up a pic later if I remember

Yeah, I'm half European stodge and half Asian chili. About 3 nights of each per week, with the other strictly dedicated to Scottish Whiskey.

Here we go I've chopped up half a chicken

Half way there a little oil + 2 generous teaspoons of my massaman paste + a small tin of coconut milk . I cook this for 25 mins with the lid on before I add some baby new potatoes + shallots then cook for a further 10 mins adding about a tablespoon size lump of palm sugar + my prepared tamarind juice + 1 tea spoon of fish sauce to suit your taste .

All done smelling good on the table in the bowl I bought from Nong Khai market

This was an excellent massaman gai ,, non left sorry

Missus is hosting a BBQ tonight, so took some ribs outta the freezer and put on heaps of indian curry power.

4 different powders to be precise - mussiman, tumeric and corriander, and then some paprika.

Indian curry BBQ ribs for dinner tonight. Served with noodles and some rather delicious Krombacher Weizen beer.

Looks like a nice pasta that anyone could enjoy. One can never go wrong with serving pasta... and it is so easy to make.
