Sadly missing. But this was a lamb patty and mint sauce so it went down well.

As it happens, we are struggling to keep up with the demand for lamb burgers in one of our bars.

We buy boneless shoulders and bring it down the market, where they mince it for us for 20b.

Way cheaper than buying it already minced.

Those bangers look excellent. Here in Perth it goes from.the sublime to the ridiculous, supermarket snags are cheap and cheerful.but there's a butcher called Crimea meats not far from me who consistently wins the national sausage maker title. Seriously the whole country is represented in one way or another this guys bangers are legendary. I've been fooking busy but got to get there and buy some soon. There never far from my thoughts

^^You'd remember a time when there were only 2 types of snags, pork or beef. Ok there might have been a choice of thick or thin too but that was it. No lamb and rosemary or wagyu and sun-dried tomatoe back then, they were a cheap and simple way to get rid of offcuts and butchers floor sweepings

    Black Swan breakfast

It was pretty good, black pudding was bloody tough around the edges.

A cockroach ran over my wife's food and she found a small one on the table. Lady working at the time was what I could only describe as a miserable c^^t.

    Breakfast - meh 7/10

    Cleanliness - kee 0/10
    Service - c^^t

Well the owner is a blade and there is only one team in Sheffield and a certain Wednesday fan owned the best pub in Sukhumvit once upon a time!
