Occasionally, M'Sahib makes me what she calls 'egg pan' essentially some sausage meats which are cooked and dropped into a couple of eggs in a small frying pan. Some cut toast usually makes an appearance. This morning's presentation from her.

However i am strongly considering Katie's favourite, options being
1. Army base stew (budae jjigae)
2. Hong Kong-style Spam and egg macaroni soup
3. Spam, potato and green chilli fritters
and last but not least
4. Spam ‘sisig’

However, surely there must be one thing we can agree on: bacon and eggs for breakfast (I'd throw an English sausage in there too) is the finest breakfast known to (wo)man. We may disagree on the extras, but there is no equal to the basics. This is gospel. Sans doute.
Can we agree on that, at least, my fellow Teakdoorians?
