You really are starting to give Pattaya Plies some competition.

That baby deserves to be larger, lovely stuff but one egg ya poof. Take no notice of Cyrille, he'd gnaw your fingers off for a plate of sausage and beans.

There's like 7 beans in that.

Does the UK not import Ayam?

Fookin' ell, there's me thinking I'm healthy as I only have 2 cups of coffee and have cut out the toast and hashbrown from my morning beans eggs and bacon.

Well that bacon butty was more of a chaser to the salad, then my kid only ate half of his so I scoffed that. Come to think of it he only ate half of an omelette butty for breakfast which I finished off when I first woke up.

Then they ordered KFC and I went for the Laab rice bowl and a tub of coleslaw.

Good news is my kid just started footy training which is in the same place as the youngest's nursery and the Wife's gym, so I was in there for 2 hours today.

Built up an appetite this morning with a 20km MTB session with some tough trails and lots of water, due to the amount of rain we are getting just now.

Credit to my Mrs on both counts. She was ordering from Grab and asked if I wanted something, I said just get me a salad or something. She swore at me then knocked it up herself.

She's a chef, so she does most of the cooking round here.

It should have been easy enough, but I hit the gym pretty hard the day before so my arms were aching a bit. In the evening after MTB I was playing futsal 7-a-sides then hit the town til 2am.

No plans to leave the couch today.

    Rest day/cheat day

    Got Pizza in for breakfast/lunch/dinner/supper

Might take a photo if I have to get up for a piss.

Lamb savoury mince, extra heavy on the garlic/onions, 2 eggs, fridge door tomato jus. Presentation and appearance is a solid 1.5, taste is a ten. 1kg of lamb mince used while kidding myself half will go in the freezer, it'll all be gone by sometime tomorrow and this evening isn't out of the question yet either.

It looks like tomorrow morning's toilet bowl after a tuna sandwich.

She's not lost the knack of cooking Thai fried eggs

You should have washed your hands after topping the oil up on the bus.

I'm only jealous, sat here after me muesli and blueberries

Harsh but fair. Lovely free range egg though from a farm down the road.

2 quid for 30 eggs into their 'honesty box'
