^Bangers are very good, can probably get them delivered online from one of the usual places. And it's not so much a diet as it is just cutting carbs out, as you know. Am in Ketosis already after about 3 days.

You basically don't eat until midday everyday and finish at 8pm, then starve yourself for 16 hours. Although I should be asleep for half of that.
I'll start my weight training about 11am so I can get straight onto a protein shake.
