Toast drizzled with EVOO, cream cheese, soft boiled eggs, sa-moked salmon. Mendip factor is 2/10, the taste rated high though

Oh, you would - fine effort. I always found that pub really boring. Most pubs I can have a few beers and stay til I fall over (two halves of shandy later... ), but I doubt I've ever stayed an hour in that place...

Yes, it's the patio table - the only time we can actually spend time together (apart from walks) - outside on a long table
    1) Why would you wanna spend time with your wife???

    2) You do have some nice plates, I likey.

And I had Scotch eggs for dinner again last night... I made loads of the bladdy things and no-one else likes them.

The dogs could get lucky tonight.

Good effort, a Scotch Egg is a wonderful thing. Funnily enough, the wife makes the best Scotch Eggs I've ever tasted, and I've had half a dozen this week.

It's not my first choice usually, but anywhere a bit... ahem... livelier... was closed due to the coronavirus. By some 'loophole' the Robin Hood was classed as a restaurant and so could remain open. I had very little choice.

And it does have a good selection of cider!

^ well, sweetypie, it is very nice of you to be concerned. I'm only actually 43, and we're months away from my birthday, but I hope to keep this thread going until we get there...

Why do Americans call them hamburgers when there's no ham in them. Its a beefburger patty.

Another strange thing.... In the Maccy Ds in Malaysia, hamburgers are not on the menu, probably because of the reference to pigs,so I have to order a cheeseburger meal for my daughter and ask for no cheese, or customise the bloody thing on their ordering machines.

^^Yes that looks better than the chili dog.

How long did it take from frozen to ready to eat?

edit: air fryer tip...always make sure the basket is latched firmly in place before proceeding. I had chicken wing grease all over the place when I didn't check that. Had washed it from a previous use and apparently didn't seat the basket fully into the holder properly. What a mess...

I'm getting pretty bored of natural yogurt and berries every morning, so today it was something completely different.

A kipper... there were so many bones that I hardly noticed them after a while.
