Breakfast this morning was largely comprised of food with a questionable expiry. Made the potato cakes a couple of days ago and didn't use (or cook) them yesterday morning. 24 hours I've done previously without issue, 48 hours was exploring new territory. The sliced ham was defrosted in the refrigerator four days ago and we hadn't got around to using. Fried the potato cakes in the usual manner, added the chopped ham and sauteed in garlic butter. Then added three eggs and a slice of anemic cheese. Seasoned with cracked pepper and himilayan pink rock salt. Was quite tasty.
^ nice place, good for you. A view over a bit of land is a wonderful thing.
^^ the missus has 9 rai and it looks a lot lot smaller than Luigi's plantation. I bet that mango tea is bloody lovely!
In a rush this morning... off to Pak Chong and Khao Yai for a couple of days.
Chicken liver kebabs and sticky rice... one of my favourite quick breakfasts. And all for 25 Baht!
^^ kidneys, liver....is there any offal you don't eat?
^ i cant be eating 200 grams of meat and spuds for breakfast, unless its bacon. You need some beans in your life
^ One hundred gram chop. Just like a thick slice of ham.. Needed after an 8k run..
^ You back on the Wagon Dillinger?
^^Tell me that those egg whites came out as you wanted them too. And please tell me that was your first and last attempt at incorporating walnuts into salmon and eggs
Why is it Aussie food seems so much cheaper in Malaysia than in Thailand when Oz has trade agreements with both Countries(MAFTA and TAFTA)?
One cup of coffee. One banana.
Now gotta run 10 Km before a little kiddy fry-up.
Possibly ingested raw.
:Groan:

Looks remarkably healthy.
This less so. A breakfast burrito (chorizo, scrambled egg, avocado, Monterey Jack cheese), with sides of more chorizo, mushrooms, and the obligatory hash browns.
^Nice... Tis how Saturdays should be really
Laid yesterday... (the eggs, not me)
The little Singapore Airlines teaspoons make excellent egg spoons!
