Yeah, that all looks great. Just tucking into a 350grm Shepard's Pie with melted cheddar cheese on top here, though I did just run 10km. Fok it tastes good.

    Oh yeah, the point.

MM was going out the door this morning and said that Lazada should be coming this afternoon with a gimmicky thing for doing poached eggs. Plop 2 eggs into the 2 holes, place in a pot of gently bubbling water with a dash o' vinegar for 3 mins. Done.

    Edit:

Hmmm. 170thb, will check 'em out on Monday.

Need some sausages and bread to really go to town, but it's a great foundation - bacon is underated.

^Can't eat too many sausages, and definitely can't eat bread. But a common answer people get when they ask why Keto diet isn't working for them is "are you eating enough bacon and eggs"

Highly dependent on the quality and decency of said bacon.
Guessing most wouldn't recognize as such....apologist for their usual crappy commercial processed variety.

    Underrated/overrated.
    Whatever.

Used to love proper bacon grilled and crispy, difficult to find the thick stuff nowadays.

^The shop I get bacon from has the whole slabs, forget the names for the different cuts but streaky and middle back come to mind?. They'll slice it to any thickness asked for. Will get a pic next time, which is only ever a few days away.

Not quite to the same level as headworx's breakfast of champions, but not bad either.

Yeah, I was gonna ask about the sausage. It's a decent breakfast though, I'd do it some harm in seconds... (I'd probably need two of them to fill me between breakfast and lunch.)

Looks like one mushroom sliced up and 2 cherry tomatoes. After your appetizer what did you really eat for breakfast?

I can explain why this imbecile has that word embedded into his pea sized brain. Cost him any chance of a connection to Thailand, hence him being in America wishing he was here Need to get a photo to go with the story, will get it soon..

^No bacon tomorrow or till going back to a purveyor of porcine products. It'll be scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and avocado, which is almost as good

Four scrambled eggs on one thin slice of toast.
Washed down with a whey strawberry milkshake.

^ Now that does look good!

I brought myself back a decent saucepan from the UK specially for scrambled egg. You've just motivated me to Christen it!

^As much as I hate him, find Gordon Ramsey's vid on cooking scrambled eggs on YouTube. I don't use creme fraiche at the end as he does, but do everything else exactly the same. Perfect results every time.
