Yeah cans of beer for me as well if given the choice thank you. They get cold faster, have a taste I prefer over bottles, and the empties are easier to deal with (thanks Greta ).

As for breakfast, just the barest of basics this morning.

    I'm Keto ATM

Off and on the Keto Wagon TBH.

Have had some encouraging results ... will report if there are longer term results.

I miss the biscuit I have with my cuppa (tea).

Coffee is very bland ... we used to make it with condensed milk ... now that IS nice.

    And missing the Baked Beans
Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago ...

Have you considered the "bulletproof" coffee. It's hot coffee with a chunk of butter blended in.

^^ Not even proper soldiers in my book. Need to cut the toast again.

    8 soldiers per slice.

This debate of 4 or 8 soldiers per slice could divide the TD readership to its very core. I hope that we can all add our own thoughts and opinions in an adult manner.

Thay are all wrong. You just toast a slice, butter it and scoop the whole egg on top and eat it like an open sarnie ffs.. public school idiots. ..row row row your boat gently down the stream....knees up trousers down its a Hutters dream.

I'd cut the toast in half, then cut into soldiers, so 8 a slice for me and I'm comp educated. I find the problem if the soldiers are too long is excessive yolk overflow.

^ no worries. You had to come out as poof at some time.

    Real men handle "yolk overflow".

M'Sahib and I had to do an errand fairly early this morning, so used the opportunity to try a breakfast at a place called "Poached", a breakfast cafe only about 400 metres from our house. First time there, though it's been open for a year or so, and we'll be back.
